Advent – from Pastor Fundi again

Proverbs 19:17 – “He who has pity on the poor lends to the Lord. And He will pay back what he has given.”

Scholastica is an old woman living with a condition of Hydrocephalus. She stays with her daughter who is young and her grandchild. Scholastica has no one to support her and the house she is living in which only has two rooms with a particle board as a door. It is in a deplorable state and may collapse especially with the onset of rains and this will be very disastrous to her.

Shall we pray for Scholastica Hantebe:

Lord we thank you that you created Scholastica in your own image. Thank you that she is an apple of your eye. Oh Lord of Mercy! It is our humble and sincere cry that as you bless each one of us accordingly, move our hearts towards supporting Scholastica so that through our support she may experience in her heart the great joy and hope that is alive in you. We pray all these in Christ Jesus our Lord and Saviour. Amen!
