Frank was born in 1987, the second of eight children. After completing his secondary education in Chitulika he learned to drive in Lusaka, becoming a bus driver. But his heart was for working with the vulnerable and disabled, so he joined the staff of HHZ in 2022, which he finds much more enjoyable.
Frank is married with four children. His home is currently in Mazabuka, from where he commutes weekly.
