Pastor Fundi leads a friendly, lively all-age church in a typically African location on the outskirts of Monze.
Having grown up with brothers who, because of polio, have disabilities, he is very aware of the impact a disability can have on a person and the challenges that need to be overcome. He tells us, ‘I have seen the pain and suffering disabled people go through. Therefore serving and helping people living with disabilities has been within me.’
He continues, ‘Coming in contact with Health Help International (HHI) in 2008 and eventually being appointed as a board of trustees for Health Help Zambia (HHZ) to me was a dream come true. Since then I have found it a great pleasure to support to serve and to work with people living with disabilities in our communities.’
