Edmund, Jute and Alun arrive
Hello from warm and sunny Zambia. We have arrived safely with all suitcases and IT items for Nanga Special School intact. A very smooth, but long journey via Kigali Rwanda. Thankfully no issues with check-in, visas, covid vaccination evidence or passports – no queues either. We arrived at the newly completed, swish Kenneth Kaunda airport in Lusaka at midday Sept 14th. Mr Gondwe (chair of HHZ), Mr Gift Mwaanga (HHZ trustee) and Frank Sichamba (HHZ staff) were there to greet us with smiles, hugs and handshakes. We felt very blessed to be received so kindly. A long 4-hour drive and we reached Monze HHZ headquarters at 6.30pm. Brenda had beautifully prepared our rooms and we logged on straight away to share our story. Early night needed before we greet the other staff for prayers at 7.45 am!!
