Midweek in Magor

We were delighted to respond to a request for a speaker from Christine Miles of the Ladies’ Fellowship Group at Magor Baptist Church on Tuesday evening. Christine had spotted the piece on the back of the current Tidings which advertised our willingness to lead Sunday services and deliver talks about the work of HHI.  We had a wonderful welcome and although it was our first visit to the group, we soon knew we were with friends!

We answered many questions from a group which was very interested in our work with Monze Mission Hospital, Monze and Naanga Special schools and with vulnerable, disabled, and sick individuals.  And, like us, they were impressed with the way HHZ had taken the initiative with bidding for funding. Our thanks go to the Magor ladies for their hospitality and also for the generous donation we were given.  We hope to see them again very soon!
